Strength Is Uncovered Before It's Built
Years to understand it, and longer to live it
Good morning!
For years, I lived the idea that progress meant adding more.
More workouts.
More books.
More habits.
More discipline.
More information.
It took me a long time to realize this principle, and even longer to actually live it.
Strength is uncovered first, then built.
The strongest, most admirable people I know aren’t the ones who do the most.
They’re the ones who have removed the unnecessary to focus on what matters the most.
The distractions.
The excuses.
The need to prove themselves.
The habits that no longer serve them.
The endless search for the next answer.
Our world is obsessed with addition.
But nature often works through subtraction.
A sculptor reveals a masterpiece by removing stone.
A gardener helps a tree grow by pruning its branches.
A photographer creates focus by eliminating distractions from the frame.
An author releases their new book after it’s edited.
Strength works the same way.
That’s why the foundation of Unveiling Strength is simple:
Strength is uncovered first, then built.
Before you ask yourself what you need to add...
Ask yourself:
What needs to be removed so the strongest version of me can emerge?
Sometimes growth isn’t about becoming someone new.
It’s about uncovering who you’ve been all along.
Much Love, Michael
